Alliance Membership Meeting: February 2019

Louisiana Ambulance Alliance (LAA) kicked off its first membership meeting of the year in Woodworth, Louisiana, at The Westley Center. The event, which brought in over 50 attendees, presented an opportunity for open discussions about operations, cost reporting, supplemental payments, legislation and more.

Probably one of the most engaging membership meetings to date, the dialogue between the organization and its providers was collective and transparent. “The most memorable part of the meeting for me was probably seeing everyone engage in the discussion and others realizing all the work that The Alliance and staff actually do to better the industry as a whole,” recalled Seth Breaux, LAA Asset Manager.

LAA is always grateful for the input of its providers, as the voice of the Louisiana EMS industry. Membership meetings provide an opportunity for collaboration and networking, as well as a forum for official EMS industry business. The February 2019 meeting was a phenomenal start to the success that LAA plans to continue as we “Speak With One Unified Voice” for EMS Providers throughout the state of Louisiana.
